Welcome to the HEART Of TEXAS Base!
Your Waco area base of the United States Submarine Veterans Inc.
Our Purpose is to perpetuate the memory of our Shipmates who gave their lives in the pursuit of their duties while serving their country.
In addition to perpetuating the memory of departed Shipmates, USSVI shall provide a way for all Submariners to gather for mutual benefit and enjoyment.
The organization will engage in various projects and deeds that will bring about the perpetual remembrance of those Shipmates that have given the supreme sacrifice.
Our Base is one of the newest bases in the Organization. There are over 165 bases located throughout the United States. We received our charter on June 15, 2021. We started with 14 base members (called plank owners) and are looking for any Submariners and those interested in the Submarine Force who may be interested in joining us.
We normally meet at 1100 HRS (11AM) on the 4th Saturday of the month at:
